Summary

Hot water heater (air cooler)

Gas-liquid heat exchanger is used to produce hot water at 60¡æ¡«90¡æ, taking hot air or exhaust gas as heat source. Select finned tubes according to temperature at hot side inlet.

Heat resistance of finned tube

250¡æ: plate fin-tube
400¡æ: embedded fin-tube
550¡æ: high-frequency welded fin-tube

Steam gas heater

The heat exchanger to heat air or exhaust gas uses steam as heat source, no matter what the steam pressure is. Select the finned tube according to temperature at steam inlet.

The heat exchanger has a compact structure owing to its finned-tubes with a large heat transfer surface area per unit length of the tube. It is particularly effective as there is great difference of film heat transfer coefficients between two flows.
